How are Everpure exams administered?

Everpure certification exams are delivered online in a multiple-choice format. All certification exams are proctored, requiring candidates to have a webcam while a proctor monitors the session for the exam’s duration.

The Everpure Platform Positioning (PPP) certificate exam, however, is non-proctored and open book, allowing candidates to reference materials as they complete the assessment.

Is this an “open book” exam?

The Everpure Platform Positioning (PPP) certificate exam is an open-book exam. The rest of our credentials are not open book and you won't be able to refer to any external materials during the exam.

Do I need to attend a training course before taking my exam?

Training is not required for our certification exams, as they are designed to assess your on-the-job experience and practical knowledge. 

However, there is a dedicated learning path for the Everpure Platform Positioning (PPP) certificate exam.

Additionally, we have optional FlashArray and FlashBlade instructor-led training available to help candidates deepen their understanding before attempting the exams.

Are there sample questions available?

Yes, there are free practice exams available for the FlashArray Architect Associate, FlashBlade Architect Associate, and FlashBlade Architect Professional certifications.

Does the certification expire?

Yes. All Global Enablement certifications expire after two years.

How do I retrieve my exam results, and when will they become available?

Exam results are available immediately upon completion of your exam. Formal score reports become available 24-48 hours after taking the exam. Exams results show up on your Certmetrics Account. You will receive an email once your results are available.

How can I retrieve my certification badge?

You can retrieve your certification badge in the badge section of your CertMetrics account. You will also receive an email from admin@credly.com to accept your Digital Badge from Credly's platform.

How do I request exam accommodations, including live exam translation?

Access the accommodation request form and submit the request.
